Its Console Vibe Score fell 25.1 points, from 84.0 to 58.9, between our November 6, 01:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC snapshots, while Nintendo jumped from #3 to #1 as its fans talked about Stellar Blade, a game that launched as a PS5 console exclusive, arriving on Switch 2.

Console Vibe Score, 0–100: fan mood on X, evidence-adjusted. How it works
The Vibe Score tracks fan mood on X, not sales. Nintendo's conversation in this snapshot was 100% positive, led by Stellar Blade Complete Edition and the Ocarina of Time remake on Switch 2.
“The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time launches exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5.”Read it at gameinformer.com →
That took Nintendo to 89.7, up 30.8 points. Every other platform fell, and PlayStation fell the furthest: down 42.1 points to 8.2, still dead last.
Stellar Blade, published by Sony on PS5, is now on Switch 2
Stellar Blade launched on April 26, 2024 on PS5. Sony Interactive Entertainment published it, and PlayStation's own page still describes it as a PlayStation 5 console exclusive, which was true when it launched.
“The game launches on April 26, 2024.”Read it at playstation.com →
The Switch 2 version is different: its developer, SHIFT UP, is publishing it itself. The Nintendo eShop lists SHIFT UP as the publisher, and the company announced the launch on November 5, 2026.
“SHIFT UP Corp. today launched Stellar Blade™ Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch 2™, available globally through the Nintendo eShop.”Read it at gamespress.com →
The Complete Edition includes the NieR:Automata and GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE collaboration DLC, plus a new Bayonetta collaboration. Depending on your time zone, it went live on November 5 or 6. Nintendo of America's action trailer is the one we used in the video.
What Shift Up and Nintendo posted
The official Stellar Blade account announced the Switch 2 release with a picnic joke.

Nintendo's own Japanese account also marked the launch, noting the game is rated for ages 17 and up.

The rest of the board
Xbox fell 25.1 points to #2 (84.0 → 58.9). Its conversation was mostly about features: fan posts hoping for better AMD FSR upscaling in Xbox games, talk about Cloud Gaming features in testing, and new Game Pass titles. A smaller share of posts argued about Xbox's business performance.
Steam fell 36.9 points to #3 (77.0 → 40.1). Its biggest topic was a NieR:Automata update on Steam that left the game asking for 366GB of free space instead of the roughly 50GB its store page lists. The official NieR account confirmed that installation was asking for far more storage than intended, and Square Enix is working on a fix.
“NieR:Automata is showing a required disk space figure of 366.56GB on Steam following its latest language update, with cosmetic DLC entries each listed at more than 40GB.”Read it at powerupgaming.co.uk →

PlayStation fell 42.1 points to 8.2, the biggest fall on the board, and stays dead last. Its conversation centered on Sony's July–September results, released November 5, where PS5 shipments fell to 2.6 million from 4 million a year earlier, and on complaints about PlayStation Plus pricing.

What we couldn't verify
- That Stellar Blade caused Nintendo's jump. It was the biggest Nintendo topic while the score rose. The Vibe Score measures mood, not causes.
- That the NieR bug caused Steam's fall. It was the loudest Steam topic, not a proven cause.
- An interview about Nintendo's staff policies that came up in Nintendo's conversation. We couldn't find the original interview, so we left it out.
